Our Featured Recipe:

Hanky Panky

The Hanky Panky was invented at London’s Savoy hotel by creative bartender Ada Coleman. Our riff on the classic cocktail accentuates the drink’s orange undertones. Have a sip and you’ll be among the ranks of Mark Twain and the Prince of Wales, both of whom were Ada’s regulars.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz gin
  • 1 oz sweet vermouth
  • 1 oz Blood Orangecello
  • 2 dashes Fernet-Branca

Method

  1. Combine Blood Orangecello, gin, sweet vermouth, and Fernet-Branca in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir and strain into a cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with an orange peel.
